★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leah is a great person, but professionally she undermined my respect for her professionalism. I was under-sizing and Leah sold my house (in the hearth of The Kingsway) $500,000.00 under her original listed value in 2018. Listed originally at 2.95 M and sold after several months for 2.35M.
The house took quite awhile to sell and she didn't give me options as I wanted to pull out of the market and or wait when the market was right or strategize different options.
Leah was my realtor cause of my wife at that time insisted on Leah when I had someone more solid but. Never mind being in the middle of divorce as she was very close to my Ex. Wife and I never felt I was treated fare.
it is in my professional opinion, Leah is inexperience and she's new in the area, accepting lower rate will cost you more later... If you ever consider to sell, please have someone more mature with respect of work experience and from your same turf and someone who would look for your best interest.
Finally I get to sell my last matrimonial house march 2020 on a ravine in The Kingsway with my solid realtor and got more money then expected and more as Leah was offering or thought it would sell....

Being from another country the whole process to secure a lease would have been hugely stressful for us without Leah’s knowledge and expertise. She spent time getting to know our family and our needs and tailored the search perfectly. She was extremely honest and made sure to point out, and note, any areas of concern.
As soon as Leah found a property for us she set to work on the paperwork and was meticulous, ensuring we understood exactly what we needed to complete and provide.
