I started buying from Leah Alexandra after Allana Davison kept raving about their jewelry. I’ve placed 4 orders so far and I’ve gotta say the quality of the jewelry is not worth the price. The first ring I got, got wet in the rain so I took it off, put it in my pocket and forgot about it for a while and when I found it again it was all rusted. And that’s completely my fault. Then I bought another ring which I took great care off. I would hardly wear and when I would I would put it back in the original packaging it came in. Then that’s one started to rust! And I ended up losing it. Again I thought it was my fault so I bought a replacement one to for with the rainbow ring I had gotten the 3rd time. Those 2 rings have been sitting in the original packaging that they came in for about a year and I took them out last week and they have started to turn brown. I don’t wear jewelry because of where I work so I had no reason to wear them but COME ON! I contacted customer service and they gave me the basic response of “our jewelry is very fragile and should be kept in a ziploc bag”. I’d say stick to something cheaper that doesn’t break the bank when you replace it. Or get something that isn’t this fragile

I purchased these items and never wore the Alba necklace yet, which is why it is still in very strong shade of gold. The Laveer necklace, and Figaro chain have both tarnished beyond what I ever could have imagined. The Figaro chain tarnished within 2 weeks of owning it, which is unacceptable. I emailed them 2 weeks to the day after noticing a huge discoloration... it looked BLACK. They told me its impossible for it to tarnish unless I used perfume and lotion, OR it was my skins acidity. I was also told I didn't store my jewelry properly for some time.

I purchased the Selena Slice Ring in Moonstone at a local store in the USA. I loved it. The delicate look of the ring and the Moonstone together gave it a simple elegance, just what someone wants in a design. Recently the Moonstone had fallen out of the ring. I contacted Leah Alexandra to ask if there was a way to get a replacement Moonstone in the ring. The response was quick. They informed me that typically these types of asks should be coordinated with the Vendor/Store in which they were purchased. However, they understood my disappointment and thankfully, they made an exception and proceeded with sending me a replacement item for my ring. The customer service of Leah Alexandra is impeccable. Thank you Kathy for your assistance and kindness in fixing my lost ring. My hands are happy again!

I have been a long term customer of Leah Alexandra for 5+ years and I decided I wanted to invest in their fine jewelry this year. I booked a birthday appointment in Jan for the Gastown boutique mistakenly thinking I could get some Sparked bracelets. They kindly told me to go to the Fairmont Pacific Rim boutique instead. When I arrived, I told Kayla about my booking mistake and she said no problem they could fit me in right away - I was so happy they could accommodate me. Over the past few months I’ve purchased the 10K Singapore bracelet, 14K curb chain bracelet, 14K stacking ring, 14K twist band ring and 10K baby box chain necklace. I wear all of these daily without taking them off to shower/wash my hands/sanitize and they have all held up beautifully with no tarnishing whatsoever. I have a small parrot who likes shiny things (don’t we all?) and has a cheeky habit of biting my necklace when given the chance. Because it’s so delicate, I noticed my bird had bent the necklace clasp so it couldn’t lock anymore. I took it to the Fairmont boutique where Stav happily repaired it for me on the spot, free of charge. Overall, I highly recommend the LAJ team for their excellent customer service and for making it such a positive shopping experience each time I go :)

Update: Changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. I was contacted by customer service and got in touch with them. They offered me a replacement for my bracelet and I was able to get re-sparked. I also decided to pay a little extra to upgrade the chain to a stronger one and am happy about the service I received. Original review: I was first impressed and then disappointed with the service I received recently in regards to a spark bracelet. My best friend and I got matching bracelets for my birthday in November. And then a couple months ago, it broke and fell off my wrist. As I live on the island, I had to wait until my next trip to Vancouver to get it replaced. They were so kind and replaced it for me no problem as my chain for some reason was breaking apart. I was thrilled! But then less than a week later, it had fallen off. I have no idea where it went and it would seem odd that a newly replaced bracelet should fall off after less than a week. I reached out to customer service and they were kind and responsive but could only offer me 40% off my next bracelet if I wanted the same chain or 30% off a different chain. Even though they admitted it was unusual for a new bracelet to fall off so soon, that was what they could offer. As much as I loved my beautiful spark bracelet, I am very hesitant to get another one as they are pricey and I wouldn't want it just falling off again.

The customer service I have received in dealing with a spark bracelet replacement has been phenomenal. Unfortunately my spark bracelet broke a couple days after having it and they sent me a new one with a clasp until I can get back to Vancouver again! Then sadly that one broke (they can be pretty fragile) and while I wasn’t expecting anything I wrote Kayla at customer service again just to let her know in case it was a faulty chain and she looked after me again. I appreciate that they stand by their product and I will definitely buy Leah Alexandra Jewelery again! I will also say I also bought a staple chain bracelet at the same time as the spark bracelet and it is stunning and perfect. No issues at all and super sturdy!

Good experience to get matching sparked bracelets with friends! The store is quite small so I would recommend going in groups of 2-3 people max. Customer service from sales associates could be improved - no greeting, did not feel very welcome as we waited for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, and staff seemed stressed running behind on reservation times. Unfortunately, my bracelet fell off after 1 month. However, I received store credit for the full value of my purchase which is appreciated.

***UPDATE Went to their shop yesterday and they simply changed the medal part for me, and engraved it again. It took couple days for them to reply to our email but other than that I would say their service’s not bad and that’s the reason I changed my rate from 2 to 3. All the necklaces in their shop were cute though! *** My husband bought this necklace for our anniversary and I noticed one of the diamonds(upper center in the photo) was turning black after only 2 days of wearing it. I never wear it in the shower or something so I was quite disappointed for the quality, especially when I heard about the price. We’ve already contacted the shop. Hope the customer service can solve this quickly.
