Passionate staff! I was positioned on my bike and it's been happiness ever since! On the sales side, we target our needs while respecting our budget. We do not try to go above like in some stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté des skis de fond dans un autre magasin. Je croyais être en mesure d'installer moi-même les fixations. Or, un problème est survenu. Je les ai appelé pour poser une question. La personne au téléphone a été excessivement gentille en prenant soin de m'expliquer la marche à suivre. Je lui ai finalement demandé quel était le délai pour installer les fixations. Il était alors jeudi midi. Il m'a répondu qu'il serait probablement en mesure de me passer ça le jour même ou le lendemain matin pour que je puisse profiter de mes skis le même weekend! Vraiment, un service IMPECCABLE! Je recommande VIVEMENT ce magasin pour vos besoins en plein air!!
I bought cross-country skis from another store. I thought I would be able to install the bindings myself. However, a problem has arisen. I called them to ask a question. The person on the phone was overly nice, taking care to explain the procedure to me. I finally asked him how long it took to install the bindings. It was then noon Thursday. He replied that he would probably be able to do this the same day or the next morning so that I could enjoy my skis the same weekend! Really, IMPECCABLE service! I HIGHLY recommend this store for your outdoor needs !!
