★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été étonné de l'attention accordé comme client car ils sont a l'écoute et cherchent a comprendre nos besoins en matière de vélos électrique,ce ne sont pas juste des vendeurs,mais des professionnels.Ils s'efforcent de bien répondre a nos questions.De plus,ils assurent le suivi de votre achat et sont capables de réparer ou vous conseiller si vous avez un problème avec votre vélo,bref,ils assurent le suivi afin de bien vous satisfaire.Pas beaucoup plus cher qu'ailleurs ou on ne pourras pas réparer ou vous aider en cas de bris.
I was amazed at the attention given as a customer because they listen and seek to understand our needs in terms of electric bikes, they are not just salespeople, but professionals. They strive to respond well to our questions. In addition, they follow up on your purchase and are able to repair or advise you if you have a problem with your bike, in short, they follow up in order to satisfy you. Not much more expensive than elsewhere or we will not be able to repair or help you in the event of breakage.
