★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with a group for the Cabane à sucre. The food was absolutely delicious. The views are spectacular. The ambiance and buildings are impressive. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will be returning again this summer to experience the winery's offerings. My only complaint was very long wait times between the courses, but they were extremely busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for the sugar shack menu. We are a group of 8 and waited a total of 5 hours to complete the 6 servings option. The food was okay. The wine was good. But the place was too packed and way too understaffed. The staff wasnt educated to work in a vineyard to be able to provide details. Overall this experience turned into an awful waiting game…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite winery in Cantons de l’Est. Been a couple of times and enjoy the experience every time. I feel like their forte is white wine and some spirits, they don’t have much of a reds selection. Definitely recommend checking it out and eating at the bistro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food at the restaurant is definitely some of the best in the region (terroir/bistro cuisine). Happily surprised by the gin (spirit) made on-site at this winery/distillery. The outdoor wine tasting area is well designed and provides for a lot of space between groups. There’s even a little picnic area hidden at the back, next to the “ruisseau” (stream).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! While I've been a couple times before for the bistro and tastings, this time we did the 'le prestige' tour. Our guide was so knowledgable, very approachable, and made the tour feel so much fun. We were able to take the time to taste and enjoy in a beautiful setting. Tasting from the barrels and seeing where the wine was bottled was also a unique experience. Then we finished at the bistro, with a great table overlooking the vineyard, while eating items that had come from their own garden and farm. You can really appreciate the thought they've taken with their winery to make themselves sustainable and minimize their environmental footprint. A perfect day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is beautiful, service very good. 4.5 stars. But food was below average... Things came out room temperature. This place has a great potential but is ruined by low quality uninspiring and forgetful food. Food 2 stars. We came for their sugar shack meal. Cabane à sucre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An incredible winery to visit for lunch when you go to Dunham. Not only do they have a beautiful outside sitting area, but they have an incredible menu and cocktail selection. All of their liquor is made locally and sold on-site.
I definitely recommend their lavender honey gin cocktail.
