★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the website associated with the Le Boquet de Knowlton where you can order arrangements. I selected an arrangement and was told by the florist that they could not prepare an arrangement for the price indicated on the site. I told them I would like the identical arrangement and paid a supplemental amount to have an identical arrangement delivered to my mother for Mother’s Day. The arrangement delivered looked like it was arranged by a part-time student. It looked nothing like the picture and was simply a bunch of stems all tied together and placed in a vase all at the same height in place of the nice round arrangement in the picture. This is the second time I have been disappointed with this florist. The first time when I ordered from the site they did not include the number of roses indicated in the photo short changing the arrangement by eight roses. I will definitely not be using this florist again. If I had not gone to visit my mother I would not have seen the embarrassing arrangement that they provided. Buyer beware!!!!
