★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a bouquet from Jessica, along with a winter wreath to hang on our front porch. Both arrangements were BEAUTIFUL! So impressed. She created a stunning boho-style bouquet which was exactly what we wanted. We get lots of compliments from our neighbours on the wreath that still looks great after hanging outside over a few winter months. Great customer service and was quick to deliver our orders. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough great things about Jess @ Hygge Bloom. She if friendly, professional and knows how to bring vision to life! Jess understood my vision after our 1st conversation and was quick to respond to emails after booking.
We chose the Elopement package for our small COVID wedding. We were provided with fresh and beautiful wildflowers for my bouquet, grooms boutonniere, centre piece for signing table and dining table and large arch arrangements for the ceremony arch.
From the flower selection to the colours the flowers Jess delivered were gorgeous and lasted days after our wedding (longer then imagined!). She was also very helpful in hanging the arch material for the ceremony.
I have received SO many compliments on the flowers. Jess truly contributed to the beauty of our day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we never got the chance to work with Jessica as she cancelled on us 3 months before our wedding date.
We have had Jessica booked to be our florist for about a year now and communication leading up to our wedding was positive. There were times that Jessica mentioned there could be a potential price increase from our original contract, which if it came down to it we would have worked with her.
Over a week ago, we had a phone call scheduled with Jessica to discuss our big day. To our surprise the morning of the phone call, Jessica wrote us a email informing us she was cancelling on us and returning our deposit.
This was an extremely tough pill to swallow as we are expecting this to be one of the busiest years for weddings and with only 3 months notice, florists at this point would be near impossible to find.
My fiancée attempted to call Jessica at our scheduled time, she did not answer. My fiancée wrote an email to Jessica, no answer.
I wish we could have worked together to find a better solution for our wedding but now we are stuck and feeling like we got abandoned by Jessica.
