T	Tina Bambina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got denied service because I brought my temporary drivers license that clearly states it IS VALID without a photo card. I explained that I had lost my physical cards and am waiting for the replacements to come in the mail but since he wanted more verification, I showed multiple photos of my ID’s on my phone (that he could’ve used to compare and confirm my identity.) Instead, he raised his voice at me, saying it doesn’t matter what it says (on the government issued license), demanded a physical card be presented then repeatedly saying “I’m done.” Also should mention; employee initially scanned the product, scanned my Aeroplan points card, then directly asked for payment. He didn’t even ask for identification in the first place. I took it out and showed him myself(out of habit). What’s up with that? He is clearly confused about protocols and regulations. 2 stars because the store was clean, stocked up & there was a small rush that they quickly dealt with by opening up more lanes.

The store is rather busy, specially over the weekends, so you need to consider wait time in the lineup as well.

C	Carol F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated review: This LCBO has a decent inventory for most of the items I search up surprisingly. They also have a decent organized system for directing customers through the store and sanitizing protocols. They have security/employee at the door sometimes to monitor the capacity. The outside is also clearly labeled for customers outside in line. The only downside is that at peak hours, it could get a bit crazy. They only have a 1-line system that funnels to multi-cashier locations. It does prevent you a bit in getting some items as customers would be lining up blocking said area of the 1-line system. Otherwise, decent LCBO! Review from 5 years ago: It's nice and organized here. The staff are friendly and always asking if you would like some assistance locating items in the store. They have most varieties and you can look up inventory ahead of schedule via the LCBO website. Just beware the Friday/Saturday night rush!

The inside layout is nice though every location is similar they are usually different in small ways.? ?It's hard for me to give a 5-star rating to LCBO even when people do a great job like this location! I like the bushes out front and you can go to Centennial Park to watch fireworks and stuff not far from here. The staff are very friendly usually at most LCBO but once in awhile someone has a bad day. Customers and staff should try to practice patience and remember it's good to be at the LCBO as an employee or customer.???? ??‍♂️??? Liquor is to be enjoyed responsibly, to relax or celebrate but responsibly not too much!! The LCBO is a great place to get a drink or a gift whether you're looking to celebrate or just relax.
