★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve lived here just under a year and we still love every bit of it. The neighbourhood is quaint and surrounded by greenery including parks, school yards, and ravine. Close proximity to everyday shopping including drug and grocery stores, not to mention a short ride away from the bustling Yonge/Eglinton. The property is extremely well maintained, and even more impressive considering it’s age (15 years). We are starting a family here and proud to have Lawrence Park to call home.
