We understand that situations do come up where you will be unable to make your appointment. We will be happy to cancel your appointment within 24 hours prior to your reserved time.
Without adequate cancellation notice our staff are unable to fill that time and guests waiting for appointments miss out.
Less then 24 hours cancellation notice a 50% payment of the reserved appointment is required
Missed appointments or “No Shows” are subject to the full payment amount
