C	Charles Delarosbile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infrastructure routière laissé a l'abandon totale. Rues, boulevards et voie de services sont complètement défoncé ! Les nid de poules, les ornière, les cratère sont omniprésent sur la majorité du réseau routier sous la responsabilité de la ville Laval. Sans compter la très très mauvaise configuration et/ou le manque sévère de signalisation au projet de piste cyclable et voie réservé au autobus ( Le Corbusier ). Vous ( Ville de Laval ) dépensez des dizaines de millions de dollars de notre argent pour des projets stupide et farfelu que personne veux pour le seul plaisir personnelle de deux ou trois cadres supérieur et réalisé par des pseudo ingénieur(e)s extrêmement incompétent ( Le beau frère du cadre peut être)??!! Quand nous appelons au 311, peut importe l'heure, un message enregistré mentionne que la ville reçois actuellement un nombre élevé d'appel.... et ce en tout temps...Bullshit !! On attend 40, 50, 60 mins et on raccroche car personne a la ville de Laval nous répond. Sérieux ça fait dur votre affaire.... Petit conseille a ceux qui on l'intention de s'installer a Laval, vous faite une grave erreur !!!! Road infrastructure left completely abandoned. Streets, boulevards and service roads are completely smashed! The nest of chickens, ruts, craters are omnipresent on the majority of the road network under the responsibility of the city Laval. Not to mention the very very bad configuration and / or the severe lack of signage to the bike path project and bus lane (Le Corbusier). You (City of Laval) are spending tens of millions of dollars of our money on stupid and wacky projects that no one wants for the sole personal pleasure of two or three top executives and made by pseudo-engineers extremely incompetent (The handsome brother of the frame can be) ?? When we call 311 anytime, a recorded message mentions that the city is currently receiving a high number of calls .... at all times ... Bullshit !! We wait 40, 50, 60 mins and hang up because no one in the city of Laval answers. Serious it is hard your business .... Small advises those who intend to settle in Laval, you made a serious mistake !!!!
D	Danny Assaad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ les rues dans le quartier fabreville, chomedey et cartier sont en très mauvaise état depuis plus de 7 ans. Il faudrait vraiment commencer a en prendre soin avant qu'il y est des accidents en vélo ou en voiture the streets in the fabreville, chomedey and cartier districts have been in very poor condition for over 7 years. We should really start to take care of it before there are accidents in the bicycle or in the car

L'endroit offre un stationnement assez grand pour les visiteurs. À chaque fois que je m'y suis présenté, le personnel a toujours été poli, courtois et serviable. Et lorsqu'on demande une information, ils prennent le temps de trouver la réponse ou nous réfère à une autre personne ou département. Good services Having lived in Laval for over 20 years, I can say that the staff at City Hall provide us with excellent service. The place offers ample parking for visitors. Whenever I have shown up there the staff have always been polite, courteous and helpful. And when we ask for information, they take the time to find the answer or refer us to another person or department.

C'est quoi? On est rendu là?? Réglez votre tire, Ville de Laval! Sinon je vous en passe une papier électronique, un courriel au Journal de Montréal, Journal de Québec et... à Salut Bonjour. Vous voyez la belle publicité: Citoyen Lavalois mieux servi en Anglais qu'en Français. Finalement ils ont ramassés le recyclage en 5 minutes après mon appel au service de Laval en English??? Trouvez l'erreur! Can you tell me why I had to use the English service to get an answer in French about recycling when my father (the owner of the house) had all the hardships in the world to be served properly? What's this? Are we there ?? Adjust your taffy, Ville de Laval! Otherwise I will pass you an electronic paper, an email to the Journal de Montreal, Journal de Quebec and ... to Salut Bonjour. You see the beautiful advertisement: Laval citizen better served in English than in French. Finally they picked up the recycling in 5 minutes after my call to the service of Laval in English ??? Find the error!

G	GMSAD Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a two flats same night with two broken rims because this lovely city “forgot” to remove metal rods from asphalt and we saw in their web site that for any request their delay is 15 days only , but the part that they didn’t mention is that they count weekend and holidays in their 15 days only policy so in reality for any request you have only 10 working days, since when any governement town hall is open in weekend and holidays ! So bottom of line because they don’t want to pay their mess we citizen are punish and have to pay for their mistake , Honestly it’s hypocrity at it’s best , they never in any circumstance work weekend and holidays but when they have to rembourse you they know how to play with the law , very disappointed and dishonest system , please people next time for your request don’t forget weekend and holidays , apparently they work !
