★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Laurie Guichon Memorial Grasslands Interpretive Site are a fairly expansive area of one the few protected areas of grassland in southern British Columbia. As people hurl by on the Okanagan Connector they are oblivious to the beauty here. You can just experience the small lake and the birds that frequent the area. Or you can drive a bit further into the hills and to see the incredible grassland.
