★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So very disappointed. Unprofessional. Very emotional. As her business has expanded she has forgotten what is important her clients that were there in the beginning. Unable to groom dogs in a timely manner. Her solution? Take the dogs to two different groomers. The goal is for the dog to establish a relationship with the groomer. When dissatisfaction was expressed she blamed it on the pandemic. Moving on. Groomers should put the needs of the dogs first. If you cannot provide good care to all of them you have to many clients. Quality is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fantastic. They take amazing care of our pooch Arthur and have been incredibly understanding of his anxiety for grooming. He’s gone there ever since he was a puppy and he always looks so handsome once he is done! We always see Kyla and I think she genuinely is one of Arthur’s favourite people, he goes nuts every time we bring him there, he loves her! The staff is awesome and so is their service. Highly recommend!
