★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James (owner) is great and runs an amazing shop with great mechanics. Very knowledgable people able to provide a one-stop-shop of all services. Very timely work as well.
They are very personable guys who do honest work at a fair price. I've brought 2 of my bikes to them now and they've done a range of work from valve adjustment to removing broken bolts. Quality, timely, fair priced work and James is a pleasure to deal with.
I would recommend cycle improvements to anyone in need of a good bike mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am quite precise about my bike, and the work that’s done on it. I usually do all my own work, but for a bottom end on my KTM 530, I started looking around.
The communications and knowledgeable staff at cycle improvements landed them on my short list. The work was done quickly, and all the questions I had were answered thoroughly. I put the engine back in and it’s running absolutely beautifully.
If you are looking for a clean shop that communicates well and does great work, here you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previous owner of my BMW S1000XR must have hit a pot hole a little too hard and put a nice bend in the front rim. Jim took on challenge and the rim is now as true as it was coming straight from BMW. Thanks for the great work Jim.

Jim, special thanks to you and your pro-team for the great work performed on my CBR1000RR. I really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations and no-pressure way that everything was done. Also you keep excellent records, documenting every aspect of the work performed in a way that is nice and easy to understand. The online customer portal you provide is also a great way for customers to review, suggest and approve services.

They did a top end rebuild over the winter months and it turn out great
Very knowledgeable, and makes honest recommendation on stuff that he finds wrong.

They fixed the annoying little oil drip that our previous mechanic was unable to resolve and did it in record time. We will be using Cycle Improvements for all our motorcycle needs going forward. Professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very friendly! I highly recommend them!
