We ordered wings, sliders, pepperoni pizza (my fave of all items), and nachos. The food came out quick and it was decent. Great place to socialize and swing your clubs!

As far as the golf side of things goes it wasn’t too bad, it’s either a high tech driving range or a really low tech simulation set up. My real issue was the service. We arrived about 45 minutes before our booking to have something to eat and a drink before we played. We had found ourselves a table and sat there for 20 minutes before a server approached us and asked what time our golf booking was. I explained we had come early with the hope of eating first. She said she would be right with us. 5 minutes later she returned and asked what she would get us. I suggested a menu would be a good start. We eventually got these and 5 minutes later she came to take our order. As it was being delivered we were told we could head out to our booth so we took our food and drinks with us. We waited for a member of staff to come and explain the set up for us, but no one arrived so we tried to work it out our selves. In our hour and a half of golf we were asked 1 more time if we would like Anything else to drink. Then when it came to paying the bill the server tried to charge us for an extra 30 minutes of golf that we hadn’t either booked or used. All in all a terrible experience and I for one would never return.
K	Kathy Trofin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very fortunate to be able to "test drive" Launchpad at Mickelson opening day October 12. The whole process from check-in to finish was relatively smooth. Each booking can accommodate 6 people with room for more with prior arrangements. We did bring our own clubs to play with. Scott Wishart, Business Development Manager was very helpful in orienting our group with downloading and setting up the Toptracer app. There are a number of different options for play, and we tried a number of them in our two-hour window. We had great F&B service. Everyone was very friendly. I am curious to try the facility out in winter. I'm told there was a lot of thought put into the heating system to accommodate for the Alberta winters. I believe the organizers are wanting to create teams for league play as well. Looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks to see how everything is going. Would like to check out the two-story Launchpad being built at Heritage Point when it's finished as well.?

I liked the golf games so much that I figured it would be a really fun place for a grad party. The owner without hesitation said he would be happy to help me out. I want to give a big thank you to the staff and ownership. Last night they held the grad party and treated the kids to food and golf and according to my daughter everyone loved it and nobody wanted to leave. She said the staff was so friendly and the night was perfect. Thank you for staying open late into the night and taking care of our grads! You guys are the best.

The service was fast and super friendly and the food and drinks were tasty. You can adjust your own heat in your suite making the snowy day the perfect temperature. The music was awesome as was the atmosphere. We will definitely be back and be bringing other friends to try it out and I’m already planning to have my birthday there in May!

Staff was super helpful and efficient. I have booked again for later in the month. The heaters kept us warm even at -15 C out. I had to wear a hat or my head got too warm! I will be a regular.
