★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Event staff of clueless. They have no idea what any one is doing. Can never get answers from them. I did an event for velvet energy there yesterday and even the event planing person of velvet says she is never doing another event there again.
Waited over an hour to meet with some one at the club to view and get some answers. Then was told I have no idea what's going on and that she figured I knew more about what was going on.
Was told I will get you answers but did till show day and then still she had no answers and was guessing. The client was not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We signed a contract and paid a deposit to have our wedding at the estate (Ridge Meadows) managed by Flores and Pine. We proceeded with planning and booked other vendors for our wedding day. Unbeknownst to us, they accepted our money and signed our contract without licensing for the property. We were informed of this “mistake” and pressured to re-sign a contract that would more than triple our wedding expenses and completely changed the conditions of our original contract. We went months with inadequate, unprofessional communication from management and panic trying to find another venue available for our wedding date. In the months of trying to find a solution, every aspect of our wedding was put on hold. We were faced with losing thousands in other contracts if we weren’t able to find another venue for our date
Finally Mahyar, the owner, got involved and was able to offer a solution that satisfied only half of our original contract. Despite Mahyar’s genuine concern for our event and professionalism, we felt wary of the management at Flores and Pine. We knew the stress they put us under would only continue up until our wedding day. If they breached our contract once, they would do it again without concern for our interest.
There is no doubt that Ridge Meadows is a beautiful venue and we are incredibly disappointed with the way we were treated. It would be nice to see the estate ran by a more competent team.
