Aucune mauvaise surprise et j'ai reçu un appel avant la réparation pour m'aviser des difficultés potentielles liées à l'appareil (un Note 5 de Samsung) afin que je puisse prendre une décision éclairée. Au final, il n'y avait rien de dramatique mais ce soucis du détail ne se retrouve presque plus de nos jours. C'est avec plaisir que je mets un 5* et j'ai aussi mis quelques photos parce que le commerce n'est pas évident à trouver.
It can be said that the owner of this shop is an expert in customer service. No bad surprises and I received a call before the repair to advise me of potential difficulties with the device (a Samsung Note 5) so that I could make an informed decision. In the end, there was nothing dramatic but this attention to detail is hardly found nowadays. It is with pleasure that I put a 5 * and I also put some pictures because the shop is not easy to find.
