She brought professionalism and calm during a very time that brings a lot of emotion and uncertainty. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Laryssa to sell our difficult to sell house. It had been listed previously. The other realtors did nothing wrong, but we just wanted to try something different. Laryssa worked with the eventual buyer for 4 months without giving up on them until they were ready. She kept in contact regularly and was always there to answer any questions we had. We also used Laryssa to buy our new house. Laryssa was available on our schedule, even to put in the offer on Valentines day. I would highly recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend using Laryssa Banks to sell your home. I had a buyer immediately after listing, but unfortunately the buyer didn't get his financing. But Laryssa was positive and guided me through, reassuring me that we listed it at the right price and to be patient. She went out of her way to do a few things for me after I moved to another province and left my place vacant. Thankfully, my place sold at the right time and she was always there for me even though she had a baby half way through the process. She was very dependable and kind during a stressful time and was always available. Thanks again Laryssa!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laryssa went above and beyond for us first time home buyers. We had some experience with other realtors in BC and were highly disappointed. As we were also out of town buyers it made the buying process a little more challenging. But Laryssa made every effort to help make the process as easy as possible. She made extra phone calls, answered emails, viewed homes on our behalf. Face timed us, while at the homes. Checked every nook and cranny in the home as if she was buying it for herself. We threw so many different scenarios at her and she never once seemed annoyed or put off by our indecisiveness. Which our previous realtors were not so good at. She’s absolutely lovely to work with and the epitome of professional. We loved our experience with her as our realtor and her review rating speaks for itself. We highly recommend her and will be using her for future purchases!
