Amazing amazing amazing! Within the past year we've used Erin to sell our house (townhouse) and purchase our first 'real' house (bungalow). Erin was always responsive, patient and eager to check out houses. Never annoyed, always smiles AND genuinely cares about you and your wants. We viewed over 40 (maybe 60?!) houses. We never felt rushed and we're always greeted with smiles and laughs. When we first picked Erin I was searching for a female real estate agent, and was recommended to use her by a friend. There was a referral bonus and a 'buy and sell' incentive too! I recommend her to all my friends searching because she is honestly THE BEST. Erin also helped us pick reliable contractors, and inspectors for some things we needed to upgrade/reno in our home. Lastly, since we're new to the whole 'real house' thing we still had questions after and she was happy to help. Erin is professional and helpful. When entering into a property, she can immediately spot if the floor is sloppy, the fireplace is blocked, the potential of adding a bathroom, etc. She answers every question promptly and respect the client's boundary. I am happy to work with her.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with both Erin and Alex. From the moment I met Erin I knew she was the right person for the job to sell our home. She was very professional, friendly and easygoing and worked wonders. She was quick and thorough and her and her team did a phenomenal job showcasing our home and all it’s charm to appeal to buyers.
