We recently sold a home with Corinne Stewart's help. Corinne is professional, experienced, calm, and punctual. We appreciated that she coordinated the staging, photography, and listing with an extremely short timeline. The staging and photography were exceptional and definitely sold the home for much higher than we ever imagined. Her casual attitude about details was frustrating during an already busy time. It was awkward and concerning when we had to push her to provide more information to us at various times during the process, or to follow up on essential activities. For example, there was a mess up and our lawyer had to ask where the Agreement of Purchase & Sale and commission statement was and when he would receive the lockbox code, and she forgot what day we were closing. We received a basic congratulations text when we moved which seemed in keeping with her casual style. I was glad we asked for a reduced 4.5% commission rate. I feel that was fair for the service we received, especially compared to the exceptional service our purchasing agent provided in our new location.

What a Team!!!! Corinne, Mike, and Jessica coordinated the sale of our home fantastically, professionally, and efficiently beyond all expectations. Having this Team truly showed us how much more we benefited with their experience and expertise in all aspects to bring this effort to a close without any undue and unnecessary stress. Corrine sold my husband and i our first home nearly 10 years ago. My husband and I had the pleasure of having Corinne and Michael as our real estate agents for the sale of our home in the Ajax area. The best way we would describe their service is as agents who value and add value to their clients. We reached out to them in 2014 for the purchase of a rental property and then recently for the sale of our primary home.
