I would feel comfortable with him working on any one of my bikes. Every aspect of the experience was great; from communication, drop off, pick up, and of course the repair/maintenance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really nice experience. Booked an appointment online, got directions and appointment confirmation through email. It's easy enough to find the place and he's a friendly guy. Prices are nice as well, what you'd expect for a good repair. Got my derailleur replaced. I don't plan on using another shop for bike service unless I move pretty far away.
