J	Jane Mason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was walked away from without being helped when another customer came in and asked a question of where something was. I stood there in shock as he walked away. Then was told they don't honor the specials, but could special order the product. Was told it would come in Tuesday. After lining up help, I was told when I called it was not unpacked yet, and maybe Wed or thurs. I called again Thursday and was told still not unpacked. They finally called late afternoon when my help was gone, so after picking it up, I had to do the job by myself, and I'm a disabled senior, so i will know better next time to go elsewhere.

The Langley home hardware is a premium sales center for this brand and had good reviews so I decided to check them out. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and immediately asked if we could be helped. I was assisted by the owner who asked what I was looking for. He had unfortunately just sold his floor model but showed me a couple of other models that had the same features. And he had my model in stock in a box. I bought it on the spot. The price was lower than what I had found on line and in a competing store, and I was also given a number of bonus items from Napoleon as well. I assembled the BBQ the next day only to discover Napoleon uses a 1/2 inch line and my house uses a 3/8th. The following week I called back they knew exactly what I needed in the way of an adapter and put one aside at no cost. When I picked it up the owner was present and apologized that he had forgotten to provide one when I bought it. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They remembered who I was when I called and when I returned. They have an amazing selection of BBQs as well as great pricing. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of a new bbq.

d	dmojak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So at first I was politely asked if I needed hp finding anything, but I simply wanted to browse what they had at this home hardware. I immediately felt judged for wanting to just "browse" and was obnoxiously followed by Staff every second I was in the store which made me feel super uncomfortable for my whole experience. Then once I was so excited to have finally found a store that carried what I needed I was asked to leave the store... Nobody else was followed like I was or treated the way I was. This was pure rudeness, profiling and honestly degrading. I regret to say that I will be back once more only because it's my only option for Mt kind of paint
