She was easy to deal with, provided straight forward advice regarding the market and was responsive to our questions and areas of concern. In big financial decisions like buying or selling, you need someone you can trust and able to communicate with particularly when emotions are high and financial decisions like this can map the course of the rest of your 10-20 years. WOW!!! Made buying a condo such a breeze! I was new to home buying and I have heard terrifying stories from friends and family about ridiculous agents, less personable and just after getting business done without making clients feel comfortable.
Imelda never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way, ready to pick up my calls, answer my questions, and willing to review contracts paragraph by paragraph.
Imelda explained everything in a way that was easy to understand clearly and concisely may it be in English or Filipino, from the making the offer, to working with the developer, mortgage banker and recommending an experienced lawyer. This made it really easy to move into a new condo in Winnipeg less than 1 month.
The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, friendly, experienced, and helpful agent. Highly recommended!
