I say that because my wife and I were happy with the price of the house we were looking at and he told us we were dumb if we paid that much. We ended up paying about $20K less than asking. His business partner BAM (no I’m not making this up) is also a gem and filled in when Eric was busy. Thank you guys so much for getting us the house we wanted at a price much better than we were expecting!!! I will definitely come back to you guys if we are ever selling or buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric and Ben are AMAZING. LISTEN TO THEM. If they give you suggestions it is worth it to take them! There is a good reason why they are in the top 3% of realtors. Not only did they do the usual for Realtor, they went above and beyond in a lot of regards. I felt seriously cared for, and am looking forward to working with them when we also purchase a new house. If you want good results, they will guide you to success. I can't give a million stars or I would.

Eric and Ben are top-shelf individuals. When we sold our house, they gave us a to-do list to get the best value for our sale. This is a time when it's really important to listen to your realtors. Working on your house is a pain, but the concept of Sweat Equity is very real and once we gave these guys what they needed to market the place, they got us results.
The house buying experience was great as well. We were able to see all the places we were interested in, and with Eric and Ben's help we were able to close a deal without any trouble.
One big thing that can be said, is that these guys are straight shooters - dealing with people who have integrity is one of the most important things to me (particularly with such large transactions) and these guys hit the mark on all levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric was an outstanding choice as a realtor, and I am very grateful for all of his hard work. He helped selling my Moms property and he was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions, walking us through the process step by step.
My main issue with previous realtors was their slow response rate and I have never ran into that with Eric, as he has fantastic communication, and is incredibly quick to answer any email, text or phone call. I will definitely be recommending him to everybody I know, and I will be using his services in the future as well. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could! Thank you so much for selling my Moms house Eric!
