★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst movie theater I have been too in years. All the good seats were reserved by people who were not even here. We could not go in to take our seats when we got there because it was not ready so we had to waste our time waiting in a lobby with no where to sit or games to play. There was no place to buy ticket except at the consession stand. Only 3 out of the 12 tills were openon a busy holiday weekend. I know to go to any other theater on the planet instead of this one. This theater kills the whole movie experience for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS REVIEW IS FOR HEAD OFFICE THAT DOES NOT RETURN YOUR EMAILS WHEN IT SAYS THEY WILL AFTER 48 HOURS. AFTER HAVING ONE OF THEIR THEATERS RIP ME OFF AND NOT RESPOND IS A JOKE. ONE OF THEIR THEATERS I GOT 2 GIFT CARDS THAT WERE OVER $100 EACH AND ONE I WAS TOLD WAS NO GOOD AND NOT ACTIVE. BE SURE TO CHECK ALL GIFT CARDS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GET A HOLD OF THE MAIN OFFICE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT. BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD AFTER SENDING 2 EMAILS AND AN ONLINE EMAIL OFF YOUR WEB PAGE. I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF DEALING WITH MY BANK ON THIS ABOUT BEING FRAUD BECAUSE GUESS WHAT I HAVE PROOF I PAID FOR IT!!!!
