Great response time, well organized, fully digitized (not one piece of paper is required for claims and year end) leading to quick processing time. Well structured web portal for filing claims including quick performance when one uploads fifty documents during year end and well defined process. Very happy so far.

Via much research we validated its appropriateness for our health coverage purposes and after review of the various PHSP Administrators out there, luckily, we elected to go with Brock Health.
