I was recommended to use Joel as a realtor, when I started my home buying journey back in July 2020. Immediately he made contact with me to meet for coffee and talk about what I wanted, as this was my first home purchase. He took me through many avenues of different options and types of homes for my needs. All while being courteous, professional and accommodating to me. At times, I couldn’t meet up till later in the day, as I am a shift working nurse. He would accommodate and adjust his schedule for later showings, just so I could see the listing. I eventually decided to go for a condo in the urban jungle of downtown Calgary, Joel was with me each and every step! He was personable, lighthearted and an easy going individual to work with! I highly recommend Joel Anderson to anyone who is interested in buying or selling your home. He is the right guy for the job! Thank you to Joel and Pam!

I learned so much from him as a first time home buyer, as he was very informative and available, so much to the point that we would forget that we weren't his only clients. Joel made an extreme effort to make sure that we were protected within our purchase and selling contract, as well as in our house possession, as that came down to the wire. We most appreciated the fact that Joel is patient and kind, but also realistic as well as confident in his business. We always found comfort in knowing Joel had our backs as well as our best interests in mind. Good people keep good company. He referred us to an excellent home inspector, who still to this day answers my questions. The lawyer he provided was excellent as well, very accommodating to us, as we ran into some snags where other lawyers probably wouldn't have been as understanding. Joel also referred us to a plumber, who has been very easy to deal with and has done a great job for us. As stressful as the buying and selling process is, Joel definitely made it a palatable experience. I do not hesitate to recommend him, and will definitely be referring my friends and family who are looking to buy or sell property to him.

Because we needed to pick up something after the sale at our old place we were told by this realtor not to come on the property anymore! We only went there once!!! Luckily the buyers were friendly and tried to help us out. The buyers showed more empathy than their realtor Joel Anderson!!!! Won't recommended this realtor at all. Seems like buyers/sellers are not allowed to talk to eachother once the sale has been completed. It almost feels as if there's a no-contact order in place when dealing with this realtor!

They laid out their services and they framed their work and offering around what we needed. Joel also has a lot of contacts in the industry so was able to help us get a mortgage broker, general contractor, and home inspector (who were all also awesome!) Not only did we find the perfect place in a few weeks but Joel and team worked hard to make sure we landed the deal by working with the other realtor. He also gave a ton of insight into the types of houses, the resell-ability, things to think about, etc. I'm now writing this review from the comfort of this amazing home that Joel and team help us land! You won't find a better person to help buy/sell a property.
