★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's noisy yeah but the rent is cheap. Close to so many amenities and the number 6 bus makes travelling around the CRD incredibly easy. 6 minute walk to Douglas will take you uptown and beyond. Fairway market, local coffee shops, book stores, restaurants, and Crystal pool make this area ideal for me. My neighbours are quiet and the property managers are outstanding. Issues are dealt with, we're kept safe. Tenancy has been a dream with them. Highly recommend anyone looking for 1 or 2 bedrooms give firm management a call to apply.
