★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name of the apartments (once a church) comes from the architect Andrea Palladio (1508–1580) of Venice whose designs feature these imposing columns and symmetrical features.
This is a heritage registered building that was the First Congregational Church. It was built in 1912-13 by Seattle architects Breseman & Durfee. As a Congregational church it had a sanctuary, gym, and classrooms.
