★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much potential and such a fail. The rumour is that if the food takes a long time to arrive people will drink more. So while we nurses our second warm beer waiting for food over the course 2 hours the strategy was a miserable fail. Unfair to staff. We left. With regrets we could not tip the waitress in hopes a message gets sent to the owners. Basic business skills are clearly missing. Do not come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, but server shamed me for needing to change my daughters diaper, when they have no change table in facility. I would reccomend they install one and the server learns to be kinder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very nice atmosphere, and seems busy on Wednesday night. They had a big group before we ordered (that’s what they told us and we could see big group of people.), but we had to wait to order food and had to wait for about one and half hours to get food. We were with our 2 years old daughter, she was very well behaved for 1.5 hours, but she really wanted to eat earlier. We wished they could serve at least Kids grilled cheese faster than ours. Foods were very tasty, we liked them so much! We could tell servers are trying their best, just we went there in a bad timing. But they forgot kid’s free ice cream!!! (According to the kid’s menu, if kids’ ordered the meal, they could get free ice cream.) We had to go home after eating, because we stayed there quite long and our daughter wanted to go back after eating, so we didn’t need ice cream anyway, but we wanted to be asked at least!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pub friendly waitress but the food is sub par and took forever to come. Good for drinks and environment. The view from the outside deck is outstanding.
