★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to quay for 22 years now I have my son my husband and sister in law .we have never ever had a bad hair cut or hair dye. If you are not happy about the out come she will bend over backwards to make you happy .Quy customers are very important to her as well as all of the other girls.Just because one customer wanted her money back ,not a do over but her money back tells me she just wanted a freebie,no one needs yr business

I find it hard to believe as Quy is a fantastic hairstylist who always does the best she can for her clients. She is very fast and very good! I think maybe there was a miscommunication, or that this particular person who left the bad review isn’t telling the whole story, because it doesn’t make very much sense. Quy is a great hairstylist and all around caring stylist! Highly recommend this salon, and all of its stylists. Hardly ever do I hear complaints about the stylists here, as they are all very good at what they do, and they actually care about the health of your hair! I trust them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hair salon in town!! I’ve been going there since I was an infant, the hairdressers there are so polite and considerate, they make you feel very safe and and comfortable! They give you the best option for your situation and help you with anything and everything you want to get done! The owner is so friendly and helpful and always open for questions comments or any concerns! She also does everything that any employee does, she really is very good at what she does! Such a nice and friendly atmosphere! I very highly recomend going here! I promise you won’t regret it!

I can only speak to the quality of the men's haircuts here so if you're a dude in the north end, I highly recommend this studio for your next visit if you need a regular cut or you have an event coming up where you need to look your best!
