I went to Tan FX on Pasqua to get a mystic spray tan this past Monday in the late afternoon. I had purchased the enhancer on top of the spray tan service as this has always worked to keep my tan on longer and make it show up faster at other tanning salons. Not even 4 days later and my tan is not even noticeable anymore. I have never had this happen before at Fabutan (my go to salon to tan) my tan usually would last from 5-10 days. I am pretty unhappy with the outcome of the spray tan and would like something done

Today while going for my weekly walk in tan I was told that there will be no walk in appointments and only pre-booking through Facebook online etc. The entire building was empty other than the two staff sitting at the front. There are eight empty beds open. I just purchased tanning minutes last month or I would not be returning. I was planning on purchasing spray tanning today and a new bottle of lotion but I won't be spending another dollar in this business. Thank you for turning your loyal customers away at a time when your business is literally sitting empty.

Secondly, my spray tan turned out BAD. When I got home I realized how completely orange it looked. Just horrid. I didn't ask for the Donald Trump special! My bf pointed it out right away, how embarrassing. I guess it's a good thing it only lasted 3 days! Completely faded. What a waste of money!!! Do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere!

The environment and staff is welcoming and friendly and always clean. My sessions are when I get my own little piece of relaxation, I look forward to my time there. It is wonderful to support a small business and entrepreneur when you know (her) heart is in it fully.
