โ โ โ โ โ Really great little place to stay. Right close to waterfront and Resteraunts in Crystal Beach. Owner is very friendly too. Nice private clean suites with private decks. Will be coming back often!

โ โ โ โ โ I adore my stays at Lakeside. The accommodations are clean, have everything you need and very comfortable. Accessibility to the beach is easy. The innkeepers are very pleasant and an added bonus to a delightful experience!

โ โ โ โ โ The rooms are great! You get a fully furnished suite better than at some major hotels. Private deck and bbq to boot. Minutes to the beach and a short drive to the falls. The owners are exceptional, seeing to the needs of the guests. This is one of my favourite places to stay year, after year.

โ โ โ โ โ Letโs start with lovely Nora (host) she is lovely, super easy going and answer to any request we had, we stayed at this beautiful place several times and always the same great experience, super clean, well equipped with full kitchen, the public beach is about 5-7 minutes walk, privet beach is literally across the st. I can happily recommend this beautiful place, you only need to bring a big smile and enjoy ?

โ โ โ โ โ Suite was great. Nicely decorated and furnished with kitchen. 5 minute walk to small beach past waterfront park. Main beach is 15 minute walk.

โ โ โ โ โ From first look I was really amazed by what I saw: nice spacious, modern room. But then all the good impression came down to zero, when the owner got confused with our booking for 1 bedroom and tried to convince us to stay in 2 bedroom. The 1 bedroom that we had apparently wasn't ready for us, it was dirty, with no supplies. The owner got irritated by our questions and complaints. Definitely poor customer service. The beach is way far, 15 min walk, not as shown on pictures.
I would only recommend this place if I had to pay twice as less.

โ โ โ โ โ What we have seen on pictures and reality are 2 different things. Unfortunately, our apartment wasn't clean, it was full of dust everywhere. I'm allergic to dust.
We had basically to clean our place ourselves.
So, dirt was a big issue.
Communication is another problem, the hostess was sort of on defensive mode. There was nothing basic available: initially no towels, no blankets, really no salt or paper, no paper towels, we were told they don't provide any of those, besides towels. We also were supposed to clean everything in the end. Well, we left the unit cleaner than we got.
Customer service was disaster, I won't recommend this motel. Definitely for a price of hotel you get zero Customer service.
Beach was good , but its minimum 15 min walk. Not what shown on photos.

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, what a pleasant surprise! Came out to fort Erie from T.O. with my hubby for a job. We were unprepared and thought how nice it would be to spend the night. We took our chances and called Nora at the Lakeside. There was one room left!!! This place is decorated so nicely! A pleasant surprise was the back deck. (With BBQ! And full kitchen!) I am already planing to come back! Just steps away from the beach! (Water is Tub warm btw!) Thank you Nora for accommodating us!!!! Nothing but positive reviews from us!!!
