★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid over $5000 for a year of storage, valet launch, winterization and summarization. What did I get? They ran my $100,000 boat into a pole, ripped the tarp, and botched the winterization blowing my heater core. What did they do to make reparations? Never did they admit any wrongdoing. They zig zag stitched my tarp after harassing them (No replacement or payment), they “soldered” the heater core, again no replacement. And all I can say is the managers/owners acted greasy and avoidant the whole time. They are the worst example of how to run a business and deal with errors I have ever seen. Obviously I will not ever go back. I hope someone reads this and takes their business elsewhere.
