★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad enough our booked and deposit paid for holiday was later cancelled by this company due to its double booking error but I am still waiting almost 4 weeks later for the refund I was assured by them they would process on July 12.
To make matters worse, I followed up at 7am on Aug 2 with the company about my refund and I still yet to get the courtesy of a response - yet they have time to post photos on their Facebook.
Accept a booking and substantial deposit then let a customer down and cancel their booking, keep their money and ignore them. Very unprofessional to say the least . I have filed a complaint with PayPal. What a hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First Class Experience - I rented Inspiration this summer and have never had such a smooth trip. I would recommend Rent Inspiration over other rental companies on the lake because they are so great to deal with and this boat is fully upgraded!! Can't wait until next year!
