★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my second appointment with Amy on Thursday August 12, 2021 at 12:00pm. I worked from home in the morning to accommodate this appointment. I received a call half an hour prior to my appointment and was advised that "all appointments for the day were cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances". As annoying/ inconvenient as this was I understood it may be a COVID-19 or safety concern so accepted it. I was told I would receive a call back to reschedule.
I never received a call or email back from the clinic.
I was disappointed with this customer service.
I would not recommend based on my service experience.
