★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my family doctor since birth, and never found out that I had severe scoliosis. Even after I had surgery at SickKids, Dr.hazel never did any follow ups or helped me through my recovery.
Dr . White sent me for x-rays and told me my hard ware was loose. I quit my job due to it. A few weeks later she says everything is fine. That my hardware isn't loose. She wouldn't be able to get me in for WEEKS to discuss further action for my back pain.
If Dr.Hazzel ever noticed my scoliosis (any person would be able to tell I had back issues) I could have avoided surgery. I could have had a better life. Because of the irresponsibily in this practice location, I will never be able to love a 'normal life'
Worst experience ever here. Just go to a walk it. They put my whole life in danger and risk. They made accusations without knowlegement.
