M	Maleina Hauthaman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience. Waited with my 8 month old for 4.5 hours in the waiting room and told it'll be another 5 hours for a doc to see us. This is not okay. other negative reviews are accurate but I will say the triage nurse was very kind and helpful.

My 10 year old has a high fever and could have pneumonia but yet still she hasn’t seen a doc yet. This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating to be sitting in a hospital so long without any help.

My Doc says it Takes over 3 weeks for them to answer back. I went else where for my problem with no issue. Either the clinic on Garden in Whitby are no good or lake ridge is no good. Judging by reviews both are no good. Your better off watching videos on YouTube and using a search engine for solutions.

They took blood and EKG immediately and then I waited for an hour and 45 minutes and still had 20 people in front of me. It was quite ridiculous. When i went to leave, the bank machine was offline and the parking machine wouldn't take visa debit. Terrible service at Ajax hospital. It has definitely changed from 10 years ago when they had excellent service. Thankfully a good samaritan accepted an etransfer from me and paid for it.
