As a professional Pilates & dance fitness/yoga instructor for over 20 years I attest to the benefits of this modality. Having worked out at the Vancouver studios since 2018, I am so pleased that Shannon & her knowlegable team are based here in Victoria! Low impact yet highly challenging, Lagree never disappoints!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lagree is one of my favourite workouts! The instructors are amazing, they verbally guide you through the class adding appropriate modifications, challenges and corrections when necessary. The playlists coming through the headphones are a unique way to stay focused on your own workout and not get distracted by others. The studio is very clean and sanitary. Somehow every class feels more challenging than the last, because there’s always a way to push yourself a little farther! You definitely want to give this one a try!
