★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achat en 2017. Quelque problème à l'installation. En suite problème en 2020 on appel multiple fois sur 1 semaine, et on laisse 2 messages vocale. Aucun retour d'appel.
Extrêmement déçus donc mauvais review maintenant. Je le changerai si jamais il rappel.
Note: On à reçu un appel, en attente du développement.
Note 2 : Nous avons eu la visite. Suite au rendez-vous tout va bien et ils ont été capable de confirmer des choses très important pour la vente de la maison.
J'aimerais précisé quelques choses, on comprend que la covid rend les choses plus difficile et dans votre cas, plusieurs personnes à la maison due au télétravail donc surcharge de travail etc... mais ont voulais seulement être tenue au courant. J'apprécie beaucoup que vous avez rappeler et malgré tout, donné un excellent service.
Purchased in 2017. Some installation problem. Then problem in 2020 we call multiple times over 1 week, and we leave 2 voice messages. No call back.
Extremely disappointed so bad review now. I'll change him if he ever calls back.
Note: We received a call, awaiting development.
Note 2: We had the visit. After the meeting all is well and they were able to confirm some very important things for the sale of the house.
I would like to clarify a few things, we understand that covid makes things more difficult and in your case, several people at home due to teleworking therefore overload of work etc ... but just wanted to be kept informed. I very much appreciate that you called back and despite everything, gave excellent service.

J'ai fait affaire avec cette compagnie pour l'installation d'un échangeur d'air en 2018. Au départ, j'ai trouvé qu'ils étaient très professionnels et le travail semblait bien fait. En 2020, j'ai eu à les contacter en lien avec des problèmes avec la machine encore sous garantie. J'ai d'abord eu une visite relativement rapide après un premier appel. Un technicien a quitté avec le noyau de l'appareil qui semblait défectueux. Près de deux mois plus tard et près de 10 relances afin d'avoir des nouvelles, je n'ai eu aucun suivi ni retour d'appel. Je déplore la piètre qualité du service après-vente. Mon échangeur d'air est inutilisable en raison de cette situation.

I did business with this company for the installation of an air exchanger in 2018. At first, I found them to be very professional and the job seemed well done. In 2020, I had to contact them in connection with problems with the machine still under warranty. I first had a relatively quick visit after an initial call. A technician left with the core of the device which appeared to be faulty. Almost two months later and nearly 10 reminders to get news, I have had no follow-up or return calls. I deplore the poor quality of after-sales service. My air exchanger is unusable due to this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service lors de l'installation d'un échangeur d'air et sa tuyauterie et bonne compréhension de la réalité d'un chantier qui s'étire dans le temps. Par contre, il ne donne plus signe de vie lorsque des ajustements doivent être fait sur le travail réalisé.
Excellent service during the installation of an air exchanger and its piping and a good understanding of the reality of a construction site that stretches over time. On the other hand, it no longer gives any sign of life when adjustments must be made to the work carried out.
