k	karley Joncas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bra store on the world. Dont buy their bras if you are actually looking for something that fits and is comfortable. This store litraly has bras that are as cheaply made as Walmart and they charge ridiculous amounts for their stuff considering it's so cheap.
D	Dracoe 3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our visit started awesome as this nice red haired lady helped us find what we were looking for. She made us feel welcomed/wanted considering with what’s going on. However, my girlfriend went to go try a couple things on and the lady at the change room wasn’t kind at all. Then as my girlfriend found something else she wanted to try, the lady at the change room complained that she had to clean the clothes after and made my girlfriend feel unwanted. I believe her name was Tammy. We left spending 120 dollars and would have continued to shop if it wasn’t for that incident.

I purchased one of the lounge bras last week and had a whole conversation with the girl at the cash about how excited I was to try it out. Sadly, I had grabbed what I thought was a small and when I got it home I realized it was an extra large. My mistake for sure...however, this is a a store that specializes in this stuff so I'm not sure how it was missed at cashout....should they not have said something? Maybe not...but when I asked about this I was just stared at like I had just said the most ridiculous thing in the whole world. It was super uncomfortable and I'm now unlikely to return to this location.

Too long of a story to share here, but suffice to say that if the store had said "too bad, your loss" I wouldn't have a leg to stand on. I called in to the store two weeks after I realized the error and Tammy, the manager, said "Oh yes, I remember you. I will correct that issue and leave it here at the store". I was amazed! What great service! I have the receipts and everything, but she didn't have to be kind or reasonable, and she was! I am really impressed and very happy.

However, the ladies at La Vie en Rose were helpful, funny, and caring....and I got a great swimsuit! Lynn especially was great and didn't tire of my endless requests. When my daughter was there this summer for her wedding lingerie, she found the same, patient service. Who knew I'd have fun, feel great, AND get a bathing suit I love? Well done!

She's the one that figured out that I was having a reaction to the material on the wing back bras. I returned what I bought and the girl at the desk told me just to get a bigger size. Well thanks to Nancy she paid attention to my needs and I am grateful for her service. 5 stars for Nancy. Belleville Ontario store.
