★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with a buddy because he was taking advantage of a cheap shorts sale. If you can fit in their clothes then it's pretty reasonably priced. Staff seem pretty friendly not that I really care, I know most people hate their jobs so I guess if you can put on a smile than kudos to you, if you can't I won't fault you unless you end up being just miserable to deal with.
Nothing there will fit me because I'm a fatty, but I don't hold that against them. All in all its alright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store. Only place I really shop. Last night's experience was a love/hate. I had a wonderful rep helping me and her rude colleague butted in like she didn't know how to do her job and like I was trying to rip them off or something by returning sale pants I bought. I was aware, I was going to be spending the money on something else there anyways. My overall experience was great!
Just got ruined by a rude employee who shouldn't be working customer service or maybe just mind her own customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend the Belleville store. Ive had a 2 year battle with them about an ordered item that I have not received yet, not even an email saying sorry about the mix up. I went in the store again and I was basically called a liar. Extremely poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I shopped there before Christmas in Belleville and bought 4 pairs of Silver Jean's. I'm 5"10 and hubby is 6"5. Both hard to fit plus I have mobility issues. The girl that waited on us picked out the jeans after talking to us. Well they all fit perfectly and she was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure shopping there thanks to Meaghan! Great sales girl and a wonderful person!
