★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have rooms on each floor for guests. However there seems to be an expection of graft with some of the staff. You could end up in a room with no a.c., internet or cable. Once they even removed the refrigerator from the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is really a hidden gem situated in a lovely neighbourhood. I have met one of the owners a few times and he obviously takes pride in upkeep of his property. This is an older building
(perhaps from the 50’s) but the spacious units I have been in are full of creature comforts, great a/c, support from doormen and staff is wonderful.
