Overall very European and safe area, appartements are ok in size but renovation is sucks here, the paint on the walls is cracked and peeling, apliences are old here too. 3 bedroom would cost you 2000/mo, undergraund parking now is $100/mo for the moment of August 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 105 building superintendent is very rude. Very bad experience with her behaviour. She needs to go. Likes to blame tenant for everthing. She is a bad face to the company, LaRose holdings. I wish I could give a big —5 stars to her.
