★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent church. Excellent priests. Confession and communion on Sun 8.30am and 11.30 am Ukr. 10am English. Evryone bilingual.
Fr. Bohdan and I are starting a support group for men Tuesdays 7-9.
We will come together in prayer, to support each other in our life journeys. Each week we will do a short reading from Scripture on different topics with a character from the Bible (eg King Saul and mental health). We will also include a healing Moleben service as well as a panahyda for those we have lost over the course of the 8 weeks.
St. Paul tells us to "carry each other's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2). This support group will allow us to do that in a focused, safe and prayerful environment.
If you want to explore this opportunity, let me or Fr. Bohdan know.
We are also having another talk with Alex Shendelman of the Distress Centre this coming Tuesday Feb 4.
His talk is titled: " Pathways forward,finding our way after loss".
