Went in for take out multiples times 5/5
Ordered delivery multiple times 1/5
Today : Delivery takes almost 2h so I called to know if the order was on the way, I'm told it is. Get called 10 mins later, "Oh in fact we never saw your order we are sorry and are doing it right away" Get the poutine more than 2h after order without discount. The delivery guy got defensive early, try to lie and tell me that the order was not forgotten, and then got angry when I gave no tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very large selection of Poutines, the staff was very helpful and the service time acceptable(this is not fast food).
The food was very good; I had a regular poutine with Texan sauce, merguez saucages and extra cheese. I am one of those who prefers when the sauce does not melt the cheese and here it did melt some of it.
The price is what you would expect in a specialty eatery, so with tax and tip I paid about 20$. It is a little expensive, but it was worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after asking for vegetarian poutine specifically, this is what i received. Message to the owner, please dont play with someone’s food like this. I dont understand french so i cant read the menu, that doesnt mean that even after asking you and making sure that you understood what i wanted, you still gave the wrong food.
