★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Knowlton co. Brewery is the best thing to happen to knowlton in the last 10 years. Beyond the food and beer being phenomenal, the knowlton co provides people with a much needed gathering place for the community.
The staff and owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. Their recommendations have been on point every time I’ve come.
In terms of food, the burger is a must have. My sister also had the pizza and really enjoyed her meal. The poutine is also very good, and unlike other spots in town their gravy is a Demi-glase and changes the whole flavor profile of the dish.
For the beer, I could drink 1 million pints of their cream ale but if you’re feeling like something a little bit more robust I recommend the double IPA.

All in all, I’m pumped that knowlton co came to town and look forward to coming back for years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beer was good and pizza looked pretty good but we had the Mac and Cheese. Definitely not recommended. It was dry, not at all cheesy. The pasta soaked up all the bechamel, making it horrible. Best to add that bechamel just before serving. It will disappear within a half hour otherwise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza was good and the beer was ok. But pizza took 90 minutes to arrive. Horrible service. So slow. Really too bad. Could have been 4 or 5 stars if everything hadn't been so slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a great terrace and a very cute indoor seating. The beers are limited but taste good. The staff was helpful and explained all the different beer options.
If you are looking to pass time, they have quite a few games as well. Oh hey have food but didn’t try it out.
