★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good company to sell products and to install but lousy when it comes to after-sale service! I have had to call many times to obtain service and do not get a definite answer as to when they will come... When you phone there, there are two sales departments (with installation and without installation) but service is nowhere to be found... All you can do is talk to the receptionist who is visibly overwhelmed! Not a happy camper here considering that we gave them a tremendous amount of business...
