★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle inexistant. Je commande 2 petits spirels avec un coupon qui dit 2 pour 1 et qui ne spécifie pas la grosseur du cornet que je dois acheter. À la caisse, on me facture le prix d'un moyen parce que la caissière invente une règle qui dit qu'il fallait que j'achète un moyen. C'est n'importe quoi. Je me demande même si elle savait lire mon coupon. En plus, j'ai attendu longtemps avant d'avoir ma commande. C'est la dernière fois que je vais là-bas. Allez chez Dairy Queen à la place.
Customer service non-existent. I order 2 small spirals with a coupon which says 2 for 1 and which does not specify the size of the cone that I have to buy. At the cash desk, I am charged the price of a medium because the cashier invents a rule that says I had to buy a medium. It makes no sense. I even wonder if she could read my coupon. Plus, I waited a long time to get my order. This is the last time I go there. Go to Dairy Queen instead.

Much too expensive for nothing, mediocre service and don't know how to speak French so much that I'm going to go to the mc do to take a cone for the same service same quality at 1$ vs almost 5$
