I've been trying to solve my problem for more then 1 month and still not even close to solving this problem although its there fault not mine !!!!!
I do not recommend it to any human being.
I had my phones screen broken only and they returned the phone not only the back broken also the applications on the phone is not working properly any more.
When I ask to speak to the manager, every manager thats I spoke to, give me fake names
and different silotion trying to make me lose my right. The last manger that I spoke to she told me to cancel my service if I don't like there solution
I have 4 phones and she doesn't care at all to solve my problem
Don't ever go do insurance with this bad bad company
You will definitely lose your right

However the actual repair was quick and efficient. Must have been a busy day, good service otherwise.
